
| Hiring Procedure | | Following is the hiring procedure: | | 1. | An application for employment may be downloaded from this section. See page 2 of this section for the application. | | 2. | Upon completion of the application, the applicant should bring in the application and be prepared to take a written examination. The answer sheet for the written examination must accompany the written application at the time of applying for a position in order to be a complete application file. | | 3. | Following the examination, the test will be graded and retained on file for one year. | | 4. | Upon being selected for an interview, a personal interview will be conducted with the interviewee by an On-Duty Supervisor, the Training Officer, Assistant Administrator and the Administrator. | | 5. | The employee that is selected for the open position, must present and/or complete the following documents with acceptable results: | A. | Criminal History | B. | Driver’s License Check | C. | A physical agility test (at the district’s expense) | D. | A 10 panel drug screen (at the district’s expense) | |
